What We Do

Hero Heal Foundation exists to break down the barriers that prevent veterans, first responders, and trauma survivors from accessing the care they deserve. Through direct services and systemic outreach, our programs are designed to meet people where they are—emotionally, financially, and spiritually.

Scholarships & Access to Care

Too many trauma survivors face financial hardship that blocks their path to healing. Our scholarship program removes that barrier—covering the cost of therapeutic retreats, integration support, and licensed care. We prioritize individuals who have given so much in service to others but often lack access to support themselves.

Impact: Every scholarship granted is a life reclaimed from the grips of PTSD, addiction, or hopelessness. We’ve seen individuals go from crisis to clarity with the right support.

Get Involved: Your donation directly funds someone’s healing journey. Sponsor a participant or contribute to our general scholarship fund today.

Healing Retreats

We organize trauma-informed retreats designed to reconnect individuals with their inner resilience. Combining safe, legal practices—including nature immersion, somatic therapy, and cultural healing traditions—these retreats provide deep, restorative breakthroughs for participants.

Impact: Many attendees report these experiences as life-changing—offering hope where other treatments have failed, especially for those suffering from combat stress, moral injury, or complex trauma.

Get Involved: Interested in hosting, attending, or funding a retreat? We’re building a network of partners and supporters to expand access. Reach out to explore upcoming offerings or sponsorship opportunities.

Education & Outreach

Sustainable healing depends on education. Through training partnerships and community outreach, we educate facilitators, mental health professionals, and the public on trauma-informed care, ethical psychedelic practices, and peer-support strategies. Our work bridges modern science with ancestral wisdom.

Impact: By training trauma-informed providers and raising public awareness, we create a ripple effect—empowering more people to serve, support, and heal their communities.

Get Involved: Partner with us for a training, host a workshop, or help us bring educational materials to underserved groups. Your support helps spread tools for healing far beyond our immediate reach.
