Who We Are?

Our Mission

Hero Heal Foundation exists to restore hope, dignity, and well-being for those who have experienced trauma in service to others.

Through accessible, trauma-informed care—including healing retreats, educational programs, and community support—we serve veterans, first responders, and survivors with compassion and respect.

Our mission is to eliminate barriers to healing and create spaces where every hero has the opportunity to reclaim their strength, reconnect with purpose, and rebuild their life.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every veteran and first responder has access to transformative healing. A world where those who have sacrificed for their communities are no longer left behind—but are supported, honored, and empowered to thrive.

Extraordinary Experiences

At Hero Heal Foundation, healing goes beyond the clinical — it’s personal, profound, and rooted in connection.

Our retreats and programs offer transformative experiences designed to meet each individual where they are, supporting emotional healing through nature, community, and evidence-informed care.
Whether it’s a guided moment of stillness by a mountain lake or a supportive circle of peers, these experiences create lasting impact and real pathways to renewal.

Our Story

Hero Heal was born from lived experience—an urgent response to the silent suffering of those who serve. Our founder witnessed firsthand the devastating toll that trauma, PTSD, and lack of accessible support can take on veterans, first responders, and their families. In the face of suicide risk, emotional collapse, and systemic gaps in care, she made a vow: No one should walk the path of healing alone.

What began as a personal mission quickly became a public call to action. Through research, advocacy, and connection with trauma survivors, Hero Heal emerged as a bridge between despair and hope. We combine evidence-informed practices with deep compassion to support those who have given everything in service to others—and are now ready to reclaim their lives.

From one family’s crisis to a growing network of healing, Hero Heal stands as a promise: You are not alone. Help is here. Healing is possible.
